Patterns are everywhere. I have always noticed them in nature and my surroundings, but fell in love with creating them. Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I create original repeating pattern art for fabrics, stationary, wallpaper, and other products. Inspired by nature, memory, and imagination, patterns evolve through use of sketches, photography, lettering, and painting.

Grandma Rose’s Garden

I created this collection in memory of my Grandma Rose. She taught me how to pick strawberries from her garden on the farm, looking for the ones that were ripe and ready. Laughing and working in the sun, tasting along the way, we’d have strawberry juice running down our chins while we carried the berries in our aprons. The inspiration here is of vintage flour sack dresses and aprons, sunlight and fresh air, and fun!
